Shiawassee Flats Citizens & Hunters Association

To restore, preserve and improve wildlife habitat on the state and federal lands collectively known as the Shiawassee Flats.

To work toward the improvement of hunter accessibility and to provide a more hunter-friendly "Flats" environment. 

To exercise any, all and every power for which a non-profit corporation organized under the provisions of the Michigan Business Corporation Act and within the meaning of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, for scientific, educational and charitable purposes, all for the public welfare, may be authorized to exercise, but not any other power.

In general, to collect, receive and maintain a fund or funds and apply the principal and income therefrom in whole or in part to the following general charitable purpose.
